Description of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):

Planning, coordination and monitoring of software development projects. Definition of timelines, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders. Planning and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities, including test case creation, test plan management and bug reporting. Collection and formalization of functional and technical requirements. Reporting on project progress and test results to management and clients. Risk identification and issue escalation throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile of the Trainee

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.

Personal and Social Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Problem-solving mindset. High attention to detail and results-oriented approach.

Language Skills

Italian: (basic).
English: good working knowledge, both written and spoken

Information Technology (IT) Skills

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana or MS Project) is considered a plus. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with bug tracking tools and test management platforms is welcome. Basic knowledge of web technologies and cloud platforms is considered an advantage. Some exposure to UAT testing methodologies and acceptance criteria definition is a plus.
