NoDescription of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):
You’ll be working both daytime and evening shifts, depending on the service. During the day, the focus is mainly on coffee, hot drinks and smooth customer service. In the evening, you’ll be preparing and serving beers, cocktails and other drinks behind the bar. You’ll also help clear and reset tables, keep the terrace and service areas looking sharp, and put away orders and deliveries when needed. More broadly, you’ll be part of making sure the service runs smoothly from start to finish.
Profile of the Trainee
Qualifications
You do not need to be highly experienced to apply. This can be a first experience in the bar world, as long as the motivation and willingness to learn are there. It can also be a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience and wants to sharpen their skills in a different setting.
Personal and Social Skills
We’re looking for someone motivated, eager to learn, comfortable around people and genuinely good with customers. Energy, a positive attitude and the ability to stay dynamic during service are key.
Language Skills
A working knowledge of French is necessary. It’s also the perfect environment to improve quickly. If French is not yet strong enough, then a good level of English is essential.
Information Technology (IT) Skills
No specific IT skills are required.
