Profile of the Trainee
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in higher education) in fields such as administration, management, economics, finance, human resources, law, political sciences, European studies or other related disciplines.
Candidates from other academic backgrounds with a strong interest in administrative, financial or organisational work are also encouraged to apply.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in working in an international and collaborative environment.
Language Skills
English: good command of English, both written and spoken.
Other languages are considered an asset but are not required.
Information Technology (IT) Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for working with tables, lists and basic data management.
General familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook).
Ability to quickly learn and work with digital tools and internal systems (e.g. Microsoft 365).
