Support the receiving, checking, and storage of non-economic goods, as well as the organization and control of inventory;
Collaborate in the preparation of internal requisitions, registration of product entries and exits, and conducting inventories;
Ensuring compliance with storage, hygiene, and safety standards, supporting the smooth operation of the department.
Profile of the Trainee
Qualifications
Degree in Tourism, Management, Economics or similar, preferably in Hotel Management or Logistics.
Personal and Social Skills
Professional appearance and attitude;
Good sense of responsibility;
Communicative and empathetic towards colleagues and suppliers;
Organized, with good time management skills;
Resilient and capable of concluding tasks within a sort window of time;
Proactive and pontual, with a good capacity to adapt to new processes.
Language Skills
Able to understand and communicate in English and preferably, also able to understand a bit of Portuguese.
Information Technology (IT) Skills
Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office and other applications used for stock management and purchases.
