Acquisition and application of cetacean knowledge during activities.
Customer service, providing information and support before and during tours.
Daily recording of sightings and data collection at sea.
Preparation of clients and equipment for excursions.
Maintenance of onboard safety equipment.
Creation of scientific communication content for the blog.
