Description of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):

Efetuar a pré-preparação e armazenamento das matérias-primas utilizadas no serviço de cozinha, assegurando o estado de conservação das mesmas.
Preparar o serviço de cozinha, efetuando a mise-en-place do serviço, de forma a possibilitar a confecção das refeições necessárias.
Confecionar o receituário em função da ementa estabelecida.
Articular com o serviço de restaurante a fim de satisfazer os pedidos de refeições e colaborar em outros tipos de serviços.
Efetuar a limpeza e arrumação dos espaços, equipamentos e utensílios do serviço, verificando as existências e controlando o seu estado de conservação

Carry out the pre-preparation and storage of raw materials used in kitchen operations, ensuring their proper condition and preservation.

Prepare kitchen service by performing mise en place in order to enable the preparation of required meals.

Cook and prepare dishes according to the established menu.

Coordinate with the restaurant service to meet meal requests and collaborate in other types of service.

Carry out the cleaning and organization of workspaces, equipment, and utensils, checking inventory and monitoring their condition.
