The internship will take place from Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week. The possible working hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.Every Schedule inclundes a break where the team joins and have lunch togheter ( 1h aprox)

The internship will take place at Restaurante Vale das Furnas, located in Furnas, on the island of São Miguel.

O estágio decorrerá de segunda-feira a domingo, com duas folgas rotativas por semana. Os possíveis horários a praticar são das 9h00 às 16h00 ou das 12h00 às 19h00.
Todos os nossos horários incluem uma pausa onde a equipa se junta para uma refeição em conjunto ( 1h aprox)

- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support chefs in daily operations, including ingredient organization
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Help with dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep

Qualifications
We are looking for proactive individuals with a willingness to learn, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience is a plus but not required.
