Xanascat Youth HostelHow to get there:
By plane: From Barcelona-El Prat Airport, you can take the Aerobús (A1 or A2) towards ‘Plaça Catalunya’. From there, take bus 22 towards El Carmel to the stop Pg Mare de Déu del Coll – Cartago, right in front of the hostel.
By train: From Sants Estació, you can take the metro (green line; L3) to Vallcarca, exit via the elevator on Av. República Argentina. Then, take bus line 22 towards ‘El Carmel’ at stop 2800 Av. República Argentina-Vallcarca to stop 848 Pg Mare de Déu del Coll, in front of the hostel.
Other buses: After 22:50, bus 22 is replaced by the night bus N-5.
Rooms and meals At the hostel, you will share a room with other participants of the Eurodyssey program. You will have access to clean sheets and towels every week. Laundry for your personal clothes is not covered by the program.
During your stay at the hostel, breakfast (8:00 – 9:00), lunch (13:00 – 14:00), and dinner (19:00 – 20:30) are included. You must inform us before arrival if you require a special diet.

Support daily hotel operations in different departments (front office, reservations, customer service).
Assist in guest reception, check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information and assistance to guests during their stay.
Support reservation management and administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in handling customer feedback and service improvement processes.
Profile of the Trainee
Qualifications
Studies related to Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or similar fields.
Strong interest in the hotel industry and customer service.
Motivation to learn in a professional hotel environment.
Previous experience is not required.
