Description of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):

As a communication and digital content assistant, you will support the communication strategy and content creation for both the Maresme Youth Service and the International Youth Mobility Service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and implementing the social media communication plan, including the OJM (Maresme Youth Office) campaign, using tools such as Socialgest.

Creating tailored visual and written content for different social media platforms.

Managing user interaction and fostering audience engagement.

Producing and editing audiovisual content, including writing, editing, and updating text and graphic materials related to youth service programmes.

Preparing and sending newsletters via Mailchimp, particularly for young artists.

Designing communication materials such as banners, logos, infographics, and other graphic assets.

Managing and updating the youth service’s information maps.

Creating promotional videos for the International Youth Mobility Service.

Supporting other tasks related to occasional, unforeseen needs—provided they fall within the scope of the intern’s professional profile and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a completed CFGS (Advanced Vocational Training) or a university degree in Communication, Audiovisual Communication, or Community Management.

Personal and Social Skills

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and open-minded individual who is eager to learn and passionate about youth services and public administration. Strong coordination and communication skills with professionals and stakeholders across various fields are essential.

Proficiency in relevant digital tools is required, including Canva, Google Workspace, Office 365, and video editing software.
