NoDescription of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):
- Support to the logistical organisation of project hosting: communication with partners, communication with participants, internal organisation of the team, support to the management of administrative documentation and travel of participants. - Support in the facilitation and design of youth activities and exchanges. - logistical support during youth exchanges and youth worker trainings (opportunity to participate in training activities) - Tasks connected to direct youth work in the youth centre M13: workshops, dynamisation, information.
Profile of the Trainee
Qualifications
Academic background in the fields of social sciences, political science, international cooperation, project management, European integration, development and innovation would be an asset. Basic knowledge of European programmes such as Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, ... would also be an asset.
Personal and Social Skills
- interest in issues such as: solidarity, equality, human rights, anti-racism, participation, good treatment, inclusion, non-formal education. - team work - positive and open attitude towards working and learning in international contexts - willingness to spend time with diverse groups of people - flexibility and availability
Language Skills
- knowledge of English language - communicative level - basic Spanish can be also an asset
Information Technology (IT) Skills
- Microsoft Office - Messaging and networking skills - Zoom - Usage of educational programmes - Graphic design softwares can be assets, too
Other Skills
- added value: previous experience in participating in European mobility projects
