Work Schedule

Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotating days off. Working hours from 9am to 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
The shop will not be closed before all staff and vehicules have returned from activities.

Description of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):

Go Shark is an eco-tourisme companie which offers guided, scubadiving, shark observation trips, jeep tours and boat tours. Mariana is of the most experient dive instrução with over 2000 dives. Silvio Solleliet-Ferreira, qualified in Marine Biology is a shark and rays specialist with over 8 years of experience in the conservation of these animals.

Depending on their qualification (driving licence, boat licence), the Eurodyssey candidates will be assigne some of the following tasks as their main responsabilities. However, we want to offer the possibility to each candidate to join all our activities when possible, keeping in mind that their experience in our company will support and improove our services but also provide a unique life experience in the Azores Islands.

.Be in charge of welcoming clients in our shop, present the different products and manage bookings.

.Design promotional materials.

.Prepare boat trips logistic, help in boat manutention and bring clients on board of our boat.

.Take clients around Pico and Faial island for jeep tours following pre-define exploration intineries with offroad sections.

.Design communication and awarness media materials for each products to be presented during the briefings. You will benefit from the knowledge of both of us on the local fauna and flora, geology and conservation programs.
