**35 hours per week.**During the months of May and October: from 10:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
During the months of June, July, August, and September: from 9:00 to 15:00 or from 14:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday (with two days off to be agreed).

Practical Information
Xanascat Youth HostelHow to get there:
By plane: From Barcelona-El Prat Airport, you can take the Aerobús (A1 or A2) towards ‘Plaça Catalunya’. From there, take bus 22 towards El Carmel to the stop Pg Mare de Déu del Coll – Cartago, right in front of the hostel.
By train: From Sants Estació, you can take the metro (green line; L3) to Vallcarca, exit via the elevator on Av. República Argentina. Then, take bus line 22 towards ‘El Carmel’ at stop 2800 Av. República Argentina-Vallcarca to stop 848 Pg Mare de Déu del Coll, in front of the hostel.
Other buses: After 22:50, bus 22 is replaced by the night bus N-5.
Rooms and meals At the hostel, you will share a room with other participants of the Eurodyssey program. You will have access to clean sheets and towels every week. Laundry for your personal clothes is not covered by the program.
During your stay at the hostel, breakfast (8:00 – 9:00), lunch (13:00 – 14:00), and dinner (19:00 – 20:30) are included. You must inform us before arrival if you require a special diet.

Support in visitor assistance
• Provide visitors with information about the main tourist attractions of the municipality and its surroundings.
• Offer guidance on cultural, natural, and heritage routes.
• Provide information about accommodation, dining, and tourist services.
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Provide assistance in different languages when necessary.
Support for tourism promotion
• Collaborate in managing tourism promotion social media.
• Assist in the preparation of informational materials for visitors.
Management of promotional materials
• Classify and organize brochures and promotional materials.
• Monitor and replenish stocks of informational materials.
• Prepare information folders for visitors or groups.
Support for activities and events
• Help organize tourist activities.
• Provide logistical support for tourism promotion events.
• Participate in outreach activities.
Collection of tourism data
• Record the number of visitors to the tourist information office.
• Gather information about visitors’ origins.
• Assist in conducting satisfaction surveys.
• Support the preparation of basic tourism statistical reports.
Administrative support
• File documentation related to tourism activities.
• Assist with basic office administrative tasks.
