The internship will take place from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00, with a 2-hour lunch break. The total weekly working time is 35 hours.Month 1 – Integration and training
- Integration into the research team
- Introduction to air traffic and environmental data
Month 2 – Data collection
- Collection of publicly available data (air traffic and environmental data)
- Initial organisation of files
Month 3 – Data preparation
- Data cleaning and filtering
- Selection of relevant information
Month 4 – Visualisation
- Creation of simple graphs
- Development of basic maps of flight trajectories
Month 5 – Descriptive analysis
- Data analysis (basic statistics)
- Identification of simple patterns
Month 6 – Consolidation
- Preparation of the final report
- Preparation of results presentation.

Profile of the Trainee
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in science, engineering or data-related fields. Basic computer skills (Excel) are required. Motivation to learn and interest in environmental topics are highly valued.
