Das 9:00 às 17:00, com uma pausa para almoço de uma hora. De 2ª a sexta. Os fins de semana são livres, a menos que tenhamos tours importantes ao fim-de-semana que seja importante registar, ocasionalmente. Nesse caso, o estagiário será compensado com dias de semana livres. O local de trabalho será na nossa loja física, no centro da cidade da Horta./
From 9:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. Weekends are free, unless there are important tours taking place during the weekend that need to be documented on occasion. In that case, the intern will be compensated with days off during the week. The workplace will be at our physical store in the city centre of Horta.

As tarefas e responsabilidades deste estágio incluirão:
Gestão e planeamento de conteúdos para redes sociais.
Criação de conteúdos digitais: fotografia, pequenos vídeos, textos e stories.
Apoio na atualização de conteúdos no website da empresa.
Desenvolvimento de pequenas campanhas de marketing digital e newsletters.
Monitorização de tendências de turismo e análise de desempenho das publicações.
Apoio na gestão e organização de bases de dados de clientes e parceiros.
Contribuição para a comunicação de experiências de turismo de natureza nos Açores.

The tasks and responsibilities for this internship will include:
Management and planning of social media content.
Creation of digital content: photography, short videos, captions and stories.
Assisting with updating content on the company’s website.
Supporting the development of small digital marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Monitoring tourism trends and analysing the performance of social media posts.
Supporting the management and organisation of customer and partner databases.
Contributing to the promotion of nature tourism experiences in the Azores.
