NoDescription of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):
- Support in general administrative tasks under supervision
- Assistance in filing and managing documentation (digital and paper)
- Support in data entry and updating internal databases
- Assistance in telephone and email communication
- Support in the organisation and logistics of training activities and events
- Assistance in the preparation of basic documents (reports, lists...)
- Collaboration with different departments and understand internal processes
- Support in the management and follow-up of European programmes
- Assistance in the preparation and support of training sessions and educational activities (non-teaching role)
Profile of the Trainee
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (university or vocational training) in diverse fields: business, administration, management, social sciences, humanities, or related disciplines.
- Interest in gaining practical professional experience in administrative and organisational tasks within a public-business institution.
- Motivation to apply academic knowledge in a real work environment and learn new administrative skills.
- Willingness to engage with different departments and support the team in various office activities.

Language Skills
- English: B2 (recommended)
