Being part of Eurodyssey requires membership to the Assembly of European regions. Nevertheless, regions can apply to AER membership within a maximum delay of one year after joining the program.

The engagement letter is the document that marks the official entry of the new Region in the Eurodyssey program, after having successfully completed the membership process, and is to be signed by the authorities of the candidate region and the Eurodyssey President.
