Eligibility criteria for young people / trainees:
- Being aged between 18 and 30 years old. Some regions admit participants aged up to 35 years old (check each region’s vademecum to find out which ones).
- Your region is a member of the programme, meaning your region of origin (i.e. of residence, or where you have a permanent address) is a member. You can only take part in the programme if you are based in a participating region, who will send you on traineeship in another participating region, in a different country.
- Some regions require young applicants to be registered in the unemployment agency of their region / country.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be entitled to:
- Apply to the Eurodyssey traineeship offers published on the website, in another country than yours.
- If selected by a company after your application / interview, you will benefit from a 3 to 7 months paid traineeship abroad;
- Accommodation, language training, meal vouchers and public transportation reimbursement financed by the host region and/or the company.
Step 1: Check if your region is a member of Eurodyssey
- The current Eurodyssey member regions are listed here.
- If your region is a member of Eurodyssey, you are eligible to participate.
Step 2: Create your profile
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can create your application profile on the Eurodyssey website. Only applicants registered through the website can be considered to Eurodyssey traineeships. No application sent by email, outside of the website application process, will be considered.
Once your profile is created, you will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials. If you forgot your password, please follow these steps.
Please register only once! The website administrators will deactivate any profile created twice.
Step 3: Check the traineeship offers and apply!
While logged in, you can either fill out your application form through your menu or check all the available traineeship offers to choose the one that suits you best.
NB: Eurodyssey is an international youth mobility programme. The candidates are not allowed to do an internship in their own country (or region) of origin.
