Si vous souhaitez perfectionner ou apprendre l’unedes 2 langues officielles de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, vous pouvez bénéficier du remboursementd’un montant maximum de 200€ pour avoir suivi descours de français ou de néerlandais. Les cours delangue se font en parallèle avec le stage professionnelen entreprise, et non pas avant le stage.

Description of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):

Communication-related tasks: *Support the implementation of the communication strategy of the organisation; *Support the external communication, including: website management, newsletter and press releases; *Support the internal communication of a European organization with 37 national sections; *Contributing to the technical support of online magazine of the organisation:; *Follow up project-related communication schedules and create content for project promotion with support from project officers Other tasks: The Secretariat of JEF Europe is small, the workload can be high at certain times and unexpected tasks often appear. All Secretariat members are expected to help each other with ad hoc tasks. These tasks would involve general administration of JEF Europe and project management.

Profile of the Trainee


- Relevant voluntary or professional experience in the field of communication, in particular within the non-profit sector is an advantage - Relevant degree (communication, marketing, project management) is an advantage

Personal and Social Skills

- Interest in the work of the Young European Federalists - Interest and enthusiasm for the work of youth organisations and volunteer-based organisations - Ability to work in multi-cultural teams - Flexibility and interest in performing diverse tasks - Interest in European policies and politics will be appreciated

Language Skills

English proficiency (C1/C2) Other languages are an asset

Information Technology (IT) Skills

Following skills are desirable: -Knowledge and experience with managing social media accounts -Knowledge and experience with CMS systems, SendInBlue -Knowledge of collaborative working tools (google docs, skype, trello) -Experience in graphic design is an asset (photoshop, adobe illustrator, InDesign) -Basic IT knowledge
