Les cours delangue se font en parallèle avec le stage professionnelen entreprise, et non pas avant le stage.

Description of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):

The intern will perform tasks aimed at supporting: • EFIL advocacy actions, involving European stakeholders in several sectors -formal and non formal education, pupil mobility, youth work and international volunteering- and their contribution to intercultural learning and global competence. • EFIL knowledge of and influence on European policy making and evidence based policy making in on the topics mentioned above • identifying relevant research on the topics mentioned above • identifying funding sources to fund research projects on a given topic • communicating initiatives of advocacy and research results on social media • identifying training needs in relation to external representation and advocacy, designing and delivering training sessions - in person and online. This list of tasks is tentative, and depends on the specific projects EFIL will carry out in the given internship period

Profile of the Trainee

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in political science or educational sciences

Personal and Social Skills

Prompt and effective communication Problem solving Proactiveness Respect Team work Able to work in an intercultural environment

Language Skills

Excellent knowledge of English (C1), especially writing skills. Knowledge of French is an asset

Information Technology (IT) Skills

Use of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel), familiarity with the use of social media.
