Description of the tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s):

Participate in the development and implementation of trade policy • Develop a communication and promotion strategy in collaboration with the CEO, sales representatives and product managers • Organize promotional and communication actions: advertising, press, specific material, • entertainment, participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, events. • Forecast sales according to statistics and promotional actions, transmit them to the departments concerned: production, purchasing, logistics • Analyze sales statistics and forecast / actual deviations, identify the most profitable segments, propose loyalty or recovery actions • Advertising and Public Relations, press releases & others Develop, implement or improve marketing methods • Develop and improve product databases and customer files • Design, (arrange) the marketing tools and update them: catalogs, prices, advertising leaflets, product sheets, descriptions, arguments, etc. • Develop the website and its updating • Coordinate the development of the showroom and the corresponding activities • Promote prospecting: sending mailings • Carry out satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements • Carry out market studies, competition studies • Manage the marketing budget • Set objectives and monitor the results of the various operations / campaigns • Establish new collaborations • New markets
